Dr. Eli Shteingart
Restorative Dentist
Dr. Shteingart received his DMD from UMDNJ/Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. Throughout his time there, he received several awards, including the Pierre Fauchard Academy Academic Achievement Award and the NJ Dental Association Endowed Scholarship. He continued to RWJ Barnabas Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, where he completed his general practice residency. He's been the owner of Plaza Dentistry since 2019.
Dr. Shteingart is passionate about helping people and working with his hands, so dentistry was the perfect profession for him! He finds helping patients in pain feel better and changing patients' lives through dentistry extremely rewarding and one of his favorite parts of the job.
He also takes pride in working with an efficient and dedicated team because the dental office runs smoothly, which improves the patient experience.
When he's not caring for patients, Dr. Shteingart enjoys playing basketball, running along the river in Fair Lawn, and especially playing catch with his kids. He is also highly involved in community work, working for his local synagogue, from the youth committee to the building committee.
Dr. Uliana Stomachenko
Cosmetic Dentist
Dr. Uliana is a highly skilled dentist who earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the UMDNJ/Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey. She further advanced her expertise through an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at NYU Langone Health and participated in the Comprehensive Dentistry program at NYU College of Dentistry. This combination of education and hands-on experience enables Dr. Uliana to provide high-quality dental care, enhancing her patients’ quality of life.
Dr. Uliana also holds a degree in dentistry from Ukraine, where she specialized in high-end aesthetic dentistry. She stays current with modern technology and techniques by attending continuing education courses each year, focusing on functional and aesthetic solutions.
Dr. Uliana brings both professionalism and warmth to her practice. Her genuine and humble personality helps build trust and empathy with her patients. Her goal is to alleviate pain and discomfort, improve function and the aesthetics of smiles, and enhance her patients’ lives through high-quality dental care.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Uliana enjoys spending time with family and friends, participating in CrossFit classes, hiking, and traveling.
Dr. Shruti Shah, DMD

Dr. Shruti Shah is a compassionate and highly skilled dentist dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. She believes that a healthy smile is a cornerstone of overall well-being and strives to make every patient feel comfortable and informed about their oral health.
Dr. Shah's journey in dentistry began with a strong academic foundation. She received her DMD degree from the UMDNJ / Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey. Following her dental education, Dr. Shah completed General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan, where she gained experience in complex restorative cases and managing medically compromised patients. She completed an additional year of residency at Montefiore Medical Center for specialized training in advanced procedures and cosmetics. To stay at the forefront of dental innovation, she continues to enhance her expertise through further training and education.
For Dr. Shah, dentistry is more than just a profession. She focuses on a conservative approach and ensures that each patient receives individualized treatment that supports their oral health goals. Dr. Shah looks forward to prioritizing her patients and helping them achieve a healthy, radiant smile.
Outside of the office, Dr. Shah embraces a vibrant life filled with diverse interests. She enjoys traveling to different countries, spending time outdoors and exploring new cuisines. She cherishes time spent with her son, husband, and family and friends.

Ruth
Ruth has been in the dental field since 2000 and with Plaza Dentistry since 2007, and she received her training at Essex County College. Her favorite part of the job is the relationships built with patients over the years. She says, "I look forward to seeing patients that I’ve known for over 16 years. They trust us with their good times, and not-so-good. And I truly appreciate that."
When she's not caring for patients, Ruth loves volunteer work, trying new restaurants with loved ones, home decorating, and getting facials.
One thing other people may not know about Ruth is that she's also a caregiver for a loved one for over 20 years. She says, "That’s 27 years to date, and it’s my biggest life experience and blessing!"
